The Dwelling Place
We're Glad You're Here
It’s our hope that college is one of the most exciting times of your life as you further your education. We hope to help you make the most of it with pathways to disciple and be disciple as you grow in your relationship with Christ!
Why Go To Church?
We believe that it’s spiritually healthy, and even vital, that students get connected and rooted in a local church body. Being part of a diverse body in a local church is an important way God wants to work in your life during your college years. At Mount Vernon, we’re deeply committed to supporting you as a student as you grow in your Christian faith throughout your college career. We believe that as Colossians tells us, we should let the word of Christ dwell richly, be involved in close discipleship relationships admonishing one another in wisdom, sing songs of praise, and regularly be among a group of God’s people in encouragement for our Christian walk together.
Ways To Connect & Grow
Each year we offer a variety of opportunities for college students to get involved, from weekly activities to seasonal special events such as OCC, hayrides, and Christmas parties! Be sure to check out the schedule for more info!
